Can I shop with an out-of-state Marijuana Card?

Unfortunately no, you must first register with the state of MS and be issued a  out of state temporary card for more information visit https://www.mmcp.ms.gov/

Can I order online?

Yes! You can order online through our website! Take a look at our Dutchie menu, make your order, and pick up in store!

Can my friends or family come in to shop with me?

Your friends and family may accompany you to the dispensary, but are not allowed to shop with you. Only registered patients and caregivers may shop.

How do I become a certified Medical Marijuana patient?

To become a certified Medical Marijuana patient in Mississippi, you must:

  • Be a permanent Mississippi resident.
  • Have a debilitating medical condition.
  • Receive a certification that you are diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition by a credentialed and approved medical cannabis practitioner.
  • Apply for your Registry ID Card with the MSDH to be entered into the Medical Cannabis Use Registry.
  • Obtain a Medical Cannabis Use Registry Identification Card from MSDH via your patient portal which may be printed off or used digitally.

What types of medical marijuana are allowed under the MS Medical Cannabis Act?

Smokeable, vaporization, edible products (such as gummies), beverages, topical products (such as lotions and patches), ointments, oils, tinctures, and suppositories that contain tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and/or cannabidiol (CBD).
