A: Your friends and family may accompany you to the dispensary, but are not allowed to shop with you. Only registered patients and caregivers may shop.
A: To become a certified Medical Marijuana patient in Mississippi, you must:
– Be a permanent Mississippi resident.
– Have a debilitating medical condition.
– Receive a certification that you are diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition by a credentialed and approved medical cannabis practitioner.
– Apply for your Registry ID Card with the MSDH to be entered into the Medical Cannabis Use Registry.
– Obtain a Medical Cannabis Use Registry Identification Card from MSDH via your patient portal which may be printed off or used digitally.
A: Smokeable, vaporization, edible products (such as gummies), beverages, topical products (such as lotions and patches), ointments, oils, tinctures, and suppositories that contain tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and/or cannabidiol (CBD).
